Hello, I’m Corrine Atkins, a professional singer, songwriter, musician, artist and vocal coach from the Isle of Wight.
My singing journey began at just 10 years old in my local church choir. Being part of a choir gave me confidence, a sense of belonging and a deep appreciation for the power of music. What started as a simple love of singing quickly grew into a lifelong passion.
As I grew older, I continued to develop that passion by studying music throughout school, college and university. Along the way, I developed my understanding of the voice, healthy vocal technique, performance, musicianship and the many different elements that come together to make a confident singer.
I have built a career as a performing musician and songwriter, gaining experience both on stage and within the music industry. My own music is a mix of soulful vocals with country, pop and rock influences, with songwriting that focuses on honest stories, emotion and authentic experiences.
As a solo artist, I regularly perform across the Isle of Wight and the UK at festivals, weddings, private events and venues. Since 2018, I have also performed at the iconic Isle of Wight Festival across multiple stages. Additionally, I am the lead singer of Momentary High, a pop-rock function band, and a singer & guitarist for Kindred Found, a dirty blues and country-infused original band. Both projects allow me to explore different sides of my musicianship and connect with audiences through energetic, engaging and authentic performances.
In 2025, I released my single Voodoo Doll, a song inspired by my younger sister’s journey through illness. The track reflects the vulnerability, strength and honesty that are at the heart of my songwriting. My music has also received recognition from platforms including Isle of Wight County Press and Hot Vox, who highlighted the soulful melodies and grounded honesty within my sound.
Finally, alongside my performing and songwriting career, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience through teaching. I work with singers of all ages and abilities, helping them develop confidence, healthy vocal technique, performance skills and a deeper understanding of their own voice.
